What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
How do I apply a promotional code to my order?
If you have a code, at the top of the checkout page, there will be a section labeled “Promotion Code.” Enter your code there, and you will see the change this made to your order reflected immediately.
How do I proceed through the check out process?
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, simply click the “Check Out” button on the Shopping Cart page and we will guide you through the check out process.
What if your TTS tights are so good and last so long, that I have too many stocking up? (pun intended)
That’s simple. Got too many TTS tights in your wardrobe? TTS has a ‘no fuss’ policy, and all you have to do is log into your profile and Pause your subscription. When your ready don’t forget to come back and Resume. Just remember there is a cut off point for each delivery schedule.
What if I am going on holiday and I don’t need my delivery next month?
Going on holiday is the best time to de-stress. At The Tights Society we never want you to stress about your tights. Just log in to your profile and Pause your subscription. When your back from the Bahamas, log in again and hit Resume.
Can I Cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, we believe in a ‘no strings’ policy. You can Cancel anytime. Just remember to tell us why. We always want to improve and would love to see you back!
When do I need to Pause by to avoid next month’s delivery?
Whatever your Shipping date is scheduled for, please Pause at least 7 working days prior, to avoid your next charge and delivery.
When do I need to Cancel by to avoid any more charges or deliveries?
Please Cancel at least 7 days prior to your Shipping date to avoid any further charges or deliveries.
Do you have alternative options than the standard 3,6,9 pairs per month?
Right now we have our Silver, Gold and Platinum packages set at 3, 6 or 9 pairs per months respectively. WE hate the idea of wastage, and that includes your time and our amazing Tight Society Tights. In the future we hope to have the ability to offer more individually customised packages, but for now its not possible.
What if I need more or less Tights per month?
Check out our ‘no fuss’ policy. Each customer will have a specific Billing date. Just log in anytime before your billing date and you can adjust the quantity of your order for your next delivery. Already on our Platinum package and need more? Add an extra Silver package to increase your order to 12 pairs per month, or maybe you need less? Downgrade your Platinum package to Gold and receive 6 pairs instead of 12 in your next delivery.
Can I have a double subscription with different Shipping schedules? i.e. 2 x Silver (6 pairs) shipped at different times each month?
Absolutely, its completely customisable. If your shipment’s are set to the same day, please email us
