The Tights Society ’s Delivery Costs and Options

All deliveries are by courier to customers worldwide and We aim to dispatch your goods based on 2 delivery dates and invoice dates selected from your account.


Delivery Costs and Options

When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will explain the options. Sometimes, depending on your address and what you are buying, there will more choice of delivery options available than that shown above.  

This is mainly for the UK deliveries we undertake, we have integrated with the Royal Mail pricing system and should you wish to extend your service to a recorded signed for, or an urgent next day delivery, then those options will be made avaialble to you at the checkout.

Cutoms and import duties
If you live outside of the EU, please be aware that these items may be liable to import duties when your parcel reaches your country. Please note we do not have any control over these charges.

Returns Policy

Should you be unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. All items must be unworn, with labels intact. YOU MUST OBTAIN AUTHORISATION FROM US FIRST

Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us: 

On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, (if you no longer have your delivery note), include your order number and the reason for 
the return. 

If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects. Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, including any tags and labels. 

You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product. 

We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post, so that a record of the return is available for you. We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us. 

We offer a full returns policy if the items are returned within 14 days of receipt, we will also offer the opportunity to exchange your items. 

Please contact us for further information. Please note due to hygiene reasons, Briefs, Thongs and Bikini bottoms can not be returned.

What if you’re out when your order arrives?

If you’re out when your parcel arrives the postman or courier will leave a card telling you where you to pick up your discreetly packaged order. If your 
parcel is taken to the nearest Royal Mail delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel. If your parcel is taken to the nearest depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

What if I am not at home during the day?
No problem. Your billing address should be the address your card is registered to. You can however have your parcel delivered to an alternative address. 
Just fill in the desired address in the Delivery Address section.

What if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect?
If your UK delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us 
All UK deliveries are carried out by Royal Mail, we cannot be held responsible for delivery times , as these are an estimate provided by Royal Mail.
In the unlikely event of a lost package please contact us if the item has not been received within 16 days of receiving your item dispatched email. 
We can then put a claim in with Royal Mail.
